I wouldn't recommend the second option as you would be travelling after dark and unless you are familiar with that means of transportation, better left until you are more familiar with the country and over your jet lag. Any of these options would take 3 - 4 hours (or more) depending on traffic. That late in the day your options are private transportation (taxi, uber, private tourist shuttle) or piecing together taxi plus 2-4 camionetas aka "chicken buses".
